Melissa has an Associate degree in Secretarial Science and a certificate in Word Processing. She has been employed in our office for several years as our scheduling coordinator. She is married and has two children. Her hobbies include running her girls to softball, basketball, soccer, and spending time with her family and friends.
Sarah has specialized in managing the business office for 40 years. She has a certificate from Elkhart Institute of Technology. She is married and has one child. Her hobbies include camping, walking, reading and cheering on the Steelers and the Boilermakers.
Cheryl is a certified dental assistant. She has specialized in orthodontics for seven years. She is family oriented with her little girl, Hope Marie. Her hobbies include spending time with her daughter and cheering on her Fighting Irish!
Debbie is the “light” of the office. Our front desk shines when she’s here. She has been a part of our staff for 11 years working as a dental assistant. She is a loving and fun mother of five children, which range in age from 2 years to 13 years old. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and shopping.
Jamie is a registered dental hygienist. She has been a part of team Cook for 14 years. She loves to make orthodontics fun for patients of all ages. She is married with three children and enjoys time with her large family and friends.
Donna is our orthodontic lab coordinator. She constructs custom orthodontic appliances for our patients. She is a registered dental hygienist with a degree in elementary education from The Ohio State University.
Kathi a dental hygienist for 15 years has been a part of our team for over nine years. She has a beautiful little boy, Braden, and enjoys having fun with her family and friends.
Teresa is a registered dental hygienist. She is a graduate of both Indiana University and Ohio Dominican University. She enjoys water and snow skiing with her teenage sons. She has worked on and off for Dr. Cook since 1984.
Cierra has recently finished a Dental Assisting program. She is part of our lab team and specializes in constructing our custom orthodontic appliances. In her free time Cierra enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, boating, and reading.
Missy is a registered dental hygienist and a graduate of Sinclair Community College. Aside from practicing general dentistry she found her passion in orthodontics, which she has practiced for the past 3 years. She is married with 3 children whom keep her very busy and enjoys traveling.
