Melissa has her associate’s degree in secretarial science and a certificate in word processing. She has been employed in the orthodontic office for eight years. She has been married 11 years and has two children, Samantha and Tabitha. Her hobbies include running her girls to softball, basketball, soccer, and girl scouts; and spending time with her family and friends.
Sarah has specialized in managing the business office for 39 years. She has a certificate from Elkhart Institute of Technology. She has been married 21 years and has one child. Her hobbies include gardening, walking, reading and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Cheryl is a certified dental assistant. She has specialized in orthodontics for five years. She is family oriented with her little girl, Hope Marie. Her hobbies include spending time with her daughter and cheering on her Fighting Irish!
Debbie is the “light” of the office. Our front desk shines when she’s here on Monday. She has been a part of our staff for 11 years working as a dental assistant for years and now as a scheduling coordinator. She is a loving and fun mother of five children, which range in age from 9 months to 11 years old. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and shopping.
Jamie a registered dental hygienist, she has been a part of team Cook for 14 years. She loves to make orthodontics fun for patients of all ages. She is married with two children and enjoys time with her large family and friends.
Anne has worked with Dr. Cook as an orthodontic assistant and clinic coordinator for 11 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in history from Ohio University. She has been married for 13 years and has two little ones that keep her very active. She loves spending time with her husband, reading, doing yoga and cheering for the Buckeyes.
Donna constructs custom orthodontic appliances for our patients. She is a registered dental hygienist with a degree in elementary education from The Ohio State University.
Anna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from OSU in 1997. She has worked for Dr. Cook for over 12 years. She has two wonderful children, Sarah and Jacob, and is an avid runner.
Kathi a dental hygienist for 15 years, has been a part of our team for over nine years. She has a beautiful little boy, Braden, and enjoys having fun with her family and friends.
Brandy who has specialized in orthodontics for nine years, has been a part of our team since 2000. She loves animals, especially her three dogs: Hitch, Birddog and Geno. She recently achieved a lifelong dream and moved to the beautiful Hocking Hills area.
Teresa is a registered dental hygienist. She graduated from Indiana University in 1982 and from Ohio Dominican University in 2000. She enjoys water and snow skiing with her teenage sons. She has worked on and off for Dr. Cook since 1984.
Rosa is one of our enthusiastic receptionists. Prior to moving to Ohio, Rosa had a career as a Registered Dental Assistant in California. She has experience in many specialty fields of dentistry, but her favorite is orthodontics. She is married and has three children.
